Are the figures shipped assembled?
No, all figures are sent to you unpainted and unassembled resin figure kits.

What is the scale of the figures?
Alas, scale these days tends to just be a categorical label. The figures are labelled as Heroic Scale 28mm, but the reality is that it’s closer in scale to 30-32mm. The typical human figure is about 31-32mm Tall from the bottom of the feet to the top of the heads, Orcs are about 38mm tall, purposely oversized and very bulky. Skeletons are human sized. They were purposely designed to be broadly size compatible with leading figure brands of the same scale such as Reaper, Games Workshop and others, although inevitably there is some variation.

Are you willing to sell the STL files?
STL Files are not being offered at this time.

I’d like to buy these for my child. Are they suitable?
As the figures contain many small parts, they do represent a choking hazard and we recommend them for 14+ Years old only.

What if there are missing or broken parts when I receive my figures?
This of course shouldn’t happen. That said, if there are missing or broken parts when you get them please contact us at [email protected] and we will sort out the problem for you completely free of charge. We don’t think this will happen but if it does, don’t worry we will fix it for you soon as we can.

Why do you make the figures in resin not in metal or in plastic?
There are two reasons. First, the high quality resin which we use, and the casting process for it, give in our view the very best quality possible for miniatures. The level of detail, crisp detailing and lack of casting seams means you get the very best figures it is possible to produce. These are the figures we would want in our own collections and this is why we make them this way. Plastic just can’t compare in terms of detail level as there are more limitations to what you can do with the sculpture. Yes it’s more expensive but we think it is worth it. Second, we are generally phasing out use of metal in our figures for environmental reasons given the impact which metal has on the environment at all stages of the production cycle.

What do i need to do to get the Freebie Stretch Goal Figures?
We’ve made the structure of the project pretty simple. If you pledge at Goblin Level ($100+) you can select any 1 Unlocked Stretch Goal Figure. If you pledge at Wizard Level ($150+) you can select any 3 and if you Pledge at Orc Level or Higher ($200+) you get all unlocked Stretch Goal figures.

How exactly do the Freebie Stretch Goal figures work?
The Freebie Stretch Goal Figures are tied to funding targets. If a given funding target is reached, that figure will be unlocked and it will be included to all backers who qualify for them (see question above). The more funding targets that are reached, the more figures get unlocked with increasing benefits and choice for all of those who qualify. So be sure to spread the word to like minded folks to support the campaign!

Can I select multiples of the same set as rewards? How about the Backer Bonus figures, can i select multiples if I qualify for more than one?
You are free to pick and choose whatever sets you want for your pledge level, including multiple sets of the same figures. It’s entirely your choice. We’ve deliberately made this project super easy and flexible so our backers can pick whatever they want to buy.

Can I increase my selections in the Pledge Manager after Funding has ended?
YES. As we need to collect shipping costs from all backers in any case, you will be able to add additional sets of figures to your pledge during the Pledge Manager period after funding has closed. However, it is in the best interest of all backers to put their add-ons and pledge for all the sets they want into their pledge total during funding as it will increase the overall funding for the Project and so help unlock Freebies and paid Stretch Goal figures. The more you pledge during funding the more likely it is everyone gets more free figures.

Do I have to pay Import Taxes or Duties if I am in a country that has such?
If there are any import taxes, sales taxes (such as VAT in the EU) or customs duties then YES this is an extra cost to be borne by our backers, as is standard.

Is it possible to change my shipping address if my situation changes and i move between funding and shipment?
Yes, you can still change your shipping address in the pledge manager where you filled out your pledge at any time up until we begin to fulfil orders. Changing it in Kickstarter will not do it, it has to be done in the pledge manager. Please note however that change of address could bring with it higher shipping costs in the example of moving internationally.

Delivery of the last Kickstarter took some time. Will this one be shorter?
YES, emphatically yes. This time around we have completed much more of the design and production cycle before launching the kickstarter campaign. In the previous campaign, less than 50% of the models were 3d Sculpted. In this campaign, ALL models are already sculpted and we have already produced many of the figures. So barring us selling a million figures or some outrageously successful campaign, delivery should be a lot faster than the last 28mm KS and we don’t estimate it running beyond the stated target date of March 2024. And bear in mind that we don’t even know what backers select for 60+ days from Launch due to the campaign and the time running the pledge manager.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
